Payment Policy

  • Payments are processed via PayPal’s secure checkout page – use your credit or debit card, no PayPal account required!
  • In stock items:

In stock items will ship within 1 to 3 business days after order is placed and full payment is received.

Orders for in stock items can be cancelled before shipping only.

  • Custom Orders:

Custom orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days after item is complete and full payment is received.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

  • In stock items will ship within 1 to 3 business days after full payment is received. Custom orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days after item is complete and full payment is received.
  • Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 1 to 3 days.
  • International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times vary by destination. All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • All items are insured and tracking information will be provided for all Domestic orders. Tracking information will be provided for International orders when available.

**Please note – shipping times are not guaranteed by USPS and may take longer during the holiday season.**

Refund Policy

  • Orders for in stock items can be cancelled before shipping only.
  • In stock items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items for return must be shipped in the original packaging when available. If the original packaging is not available please contact me for details on how to package your item for return. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
  • Missing or damaged items – if you believe that your order is missing or if it arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible. All items are shipped insured, but missing or damaged items must be reported to USPS in a timely manner in order to be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Once approved, refunds and credits may take as long as 30 days to appear on your statement. Please contact your bank or credit card company for details.
